YÉOL’s educational programs on traditional Korean culture include the YÉOL Lecture for non-Koreans that is conducted in English, domestic and overseas field trips to historical sites, museum tours, and the historical walking tour of Seoul. Our educational programs are updated every year. To encourage young people’s involvement in traditional Korean culture, YÉOL provides the “Young YÉOL Program” that includes cultural heritage trips and lectures.

YÉOL Mom programs offer field trips and experience programs for kids to learn the value of Korean cultural heritage.

국립한글박물관,국립중앙박물관 (Yéol Mom Program-The National Hangeul Museum,National Museum of Korea)

2016년부터 예올에서는 엄마와 아이가 함께 할 수 있는 활동인 예올맘 프로그램을 진행하고 있습니다. 첫 번째 예올맘 프로그램은 미취학 아동과 취학 아동으로 구분해서 진행되었습니다. 먼저 국립한글박물관 내 한글놀이터에서 엄마와 아이들이 함께하는 체험활동 시간을 가졌는데, 다양한 장난감과 영상들은 아이들이 재미있는 방법으로 한글을 접할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 다음은 국립중앙박물관으로 이동하여 고대에서 근세에 이르기까지주요 소장품에 대한 설명을 들었는데,특히 보존과학전시에서는 그동안 박물관이 보존처리한 다양한 사례들과 보존처리 재료 및 과정등을 볼 수 있었습니다. 우리가 잘 알지 못했던 문화재 보존과 복원에 대해 알 수 있었던 특별한 시간이었습니다.
